If you like this page then please E-mail me @ [email protected] or at the E-mail at the bottom of the page. If you don't like this page, please keep your nastyness to yourself and give a good suggestion on how to make it better with an explanation on how to carry out your suggestion that you gave me because I am NOT AT ALL experienced with web page making. If you've ever Scuba Dived before, you know that it is a VERY dangerous sport although it is extremely fun. I recommend PADI International for Scuba Diving, because everything is written at the level of a 12 year old. The tests aren't that hard either. Do not depend on this page for how to Scuba Dive. I am not a divemaster yet so please do not depend on this page. Ahhhhh.... After a long hard day's work, you are hot aren't you?? Well if it's a friday, why don't you do something fun and something that burns lots of calories?? Something maybe called Scuba Diving?? Well. If you really want to Scuba Dive, I advise that you NOT be bored in the beginning when you just talk about Diving, the importance of safety, and tests. You'll get to Diving soon enough. The reason that you have to have tests and lectures and all that, is that you need to have the right traning if something goes wrong while your diving. After reading 5 or 6 modules in the Scuba Diving book, then come the tests. If you really want to get a good mark on the tests then I advise that you study for them. If you study hard then they aren't very difficult to pass. BUT if you DO NOT study for them the tests will be very difficult to pass. I WOULD explain how to use the recreational dive planner but it is too difficult to explain, and I didn't do too well on that part of the test. For a recreational diver (like what you'll be after you get certified except if you specified something else) then your only supposed to go down 144 feet MAX!!! While descending, descend at about 1 foot per second and stop AS SOON as you feel some pain anywhere. Then you would ascend until the pain is gone then proceed to descend more slowly. if the pain comes back when you go down again and again then end the dive. This pain is called a Squeeze. If happen's when an air space (ears, fillings of the teeth, etc) has air that can't get out and it get's under pressure which causes a pain in that air space. I will have more information for this page when I come back from Scuba Diving in Lake Minnewanka. Hopefully I will scan a couple of pictures on to here that are underwater pictures. You probably won't be able to reach me except by e-mail or maybe JUST MAYBE by ICQ (19625024). BUT on the other hand you will be able to reach my sister at SOMETIMES.
